There is actually quite a few but most of the ones ive seen remind me of the rampage era that went through Perth in the late 90s.
So today i set out on a online mission to work out where all the proper skateparks are in Switzerland. There is actually a few that look really cool but i wasnt expecting to find this, The Blackcross Bowl in Basel. A do-it-yourself bowl built with the help of none other then DIY king Pontus Alv. The thing looks amazing and i hope i get to see it in person some time. Check out the the story wrote in American mag Born Ugly. Its an amazing read.

ReplyDeleteI've been to the blackcrossbowl once, that thing is smaller than it looks in these pictures and so unbelievably hard to ride, because all the transistions are so tight, yet havin much vert in them. If you see a guy really wallridin the cross, thats hard as hell because of that tight tranny down there
